Meet Courtney Gray


In 2009, Courtney founded Cerar & Malcolm to help entrepreneurs start up new businesses as well as reinvigorate existing ones.

Courtney started his business career with Macy's as a corporate buyer and planner for a $100 million fashion business that included over 100 Macy's stores. Shortly thereafter, he helped establish a small marketing firm, an online retail store, and a high-end fashion label.

Courtney earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University.

Meet Noelle Thomas


Noelle drives growth opportunities for clients by developing the tools needed to follow a path of maximum efficiency and optimal productivity.

Noelle excelled at The Home Depot as senior logistics analyst where she minimized inventory, maximized turnover, and increased the company's international buying power. Her previous experience also includes sustainability + efficiency consulting work in the utility and mining sectors.

Noelle earned a masters of engineering in supply chain management in logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Meet Bear Souheaver


Bear brings over 20 years of excellence in design to Cerar & Malcolm and has won several design awards for work on interactive projects, tv commercials, and airport identity.

Bear has lead design teams for apparel, corporate identity, media, and packaging for clients such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Country Creek Foods, Chevy, Ford, Kawasaki, PRIMOS Hunting Calls, Bass Pro Shops, and Harley-Davidson.

Bear earned a bachelor of arts degree from the Memphis College of Art and was voted by students + faculty as "The Designer of the Year".
